These are premium varieties. They are carefully picked & cultivated. This place stocks premium breeds and popular with the tourists, so it's more organized. The locals prefer varieties that are somewhat similar to yours. We call them Durian Kampung. They are sold in traditional stalls, local markets, or along the roadside. Just like in Vietnam 😊

Satu lg durian brunei@royal brunei. Buahnye kecik je,duri mcm durian hutan,isi oren@merah,rasa dan bau langsung x sama mcm durian biasa.

I heard so many things about the fruit. Does it smell as bad as people say it is? I have had Durian flavored biscuits but I assume it is not the same as the fruit itself.
They're a few types of durian. If you're a beginner then thailand durian might work well. It is a bit unripe and doesn't smell that bad. IOI durian is another good choice as it is creamy and sweet but some might hate the texture. Musang king and black thorn durian are the most expensive and have a stronger smell with a bitter aftertaste. Definitely not for everyone 😅
I think Malaysian musan king is the best durians in the world 😮❤ even I am Thai but i respect the reality.
