I completed my Diploma and BTech in Civil Engineering I learn MS Excel AutoCAD Revit Navisworks ETABS SAFE softwares which are related to Civil BIM So i working as BIM modelor promoted as BIM Engineer but the job is stressful and I feel dissatisfied disappointed regret that if i select CSE or IT over Civil Engineering today I'm happily settled. Even though I promoted I get just 40000/month

I don't understand the reason why. If Accenture doesn't intend to hire from Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering branches for 2022, why did they include them in the eligible criteria? Cse branch is splitting and colleges are showing interest to cut seats in core branches and allot them to the sub branches like AIDS,aiml,csm,.. And because of this is there any possibility that there will be a lack of skilled freshers from the core job in the future....⚠️, and how will be the demand for the students who are learning strong core skills from now?
