@@bluemates2790 This is why people give up Rust and new servers don't get off the ground. pvp people are wimps, they only dare OFFLINE against rollplayers and new people! people who can shoot a little and can play the game well, they leave them alone, afraid that they will be raided themselves the next day. That is also the reason that they are often on almost empty servers, because then they know that they have almost no resistance and do not get any counters! They're just wimps!

Would have looked sweet if he made a scale model of cargo, the building already looked close enough to a giant arc. But pixel gap it so you could split the upkeep cost amongst 2 or more TCs

For future reference, instead of manually opening the menu to create clones for each crop, you can just hold right click and press your interact key to instantly create the clones.

Righto. This video is at 0:00. I'm putting my comment here, now, because this title is a very bold statement. It wasn't a high pop server but I have built a berry/pumpkin/cloth/horse poop farm (before they nerfed cloth) with 224 large planters. It had two internal elevators, needed eight composters, and had 800L of water storage on the top floor (this was a heck of a project in its own right. Ramping two 4 module vehicles up to the 10th floor). Which was also a heli garage. Built it on my own with the idea of having others to help me run it, it was enough for 3 or 4 players to handle. We'll see if yours is really the biggest berry farm, not that it makes much of a difference, i don't think i'd even be able to get a 3x3x3 cube up on the servers you play on, not good enough at the pvp.

The largest farm vase I had in rust console was a 30x30 square foundations with 6 stories that had a China wall all the way around and the China wall was around 8 square foundations around the whole base. The entire inside of the base was used for collecting resources cooking food, farming pumpkins, corn, cloth. And the entire roof was covered in water collectors for watering everything. With the island I had I had collected so much stone I walled off the the 5 by 6 grid square island placed tc's on every inch I could of the island and enclosed my base in 5 layers of stone high external walls so if we're talking area u collect stuff you grow mine is a 30x30 if your counting where your safe to collect anything within your property line its a 5x6 grid square area.

For your next mega farm: planters on a foundation, near a freshwater lake/river, no roof, pre-fill planters with jerry cans. NO electricity or pumps needed, sun + rain will take care of it. Like Nature + the Rust Gods intended ;)
To not worry about upkeep, destroy your tc (with upkeep inside) and replace a new one every day. This allows the base to not decay for a time period. I think it is 12-24 hours without decay

The new automated piping system would make a massive base like this much easier to upkeep. So long as you farm the materials, there would always be a constant stream of resources for the TC.
Man IOK you are without a doubt the best and most motivational rust player. I hate the types like the group that were griefing you constantly, that's why I only ever counter raid especially when I see bigger groups bullying and harassing others. If we're ever on the same server, you best believe I'll be a thorn in their rear while they're raiding you.

I would like to see how creative a person can be when building their base! For instance can you make your base look like an animal, an object like a boat, or even building an actual real world building!?
I think this idea could be retried with the industrial update. You could make the whole farm base out of stone as you could connect large boxes to the TC to automatically refill it. You could also automatically craft teas with it too.

You should try it again but get a bunch of people in a discord to protect the base and help you farm resources. Basically a farming zerg to protect from griefers and make this project 10x easier

You defeintly should have split the farm into 4 smaller ones to fit more upkeep
That would have made more sense for efficiency. But for the challenge of just the biggest farm base in rust what he did makes more sense.
He could have upgraded it to metal. Running excavator. Then he would have 8 hrs of decay time = more sleep.

They don't want massive bases, that's why decay was added in the first place. Too many large bases made the servers too laggy.

You should try it again but get a bunch of people in a discord to protect the base and help you farm resources. Basically a farming zerg to protect from griefers and make this project 10x easier
