Wonderful that from 2023 Ireland has made Feb 1st a public holiday, Imbolc/ Brigid's Day. I wonder about the oak (druid) connection, if any to Oak Island. Thanks.
dara I like and am familiar with the oak root etymology in the word 'kildare/killdara' however: I read somewhere the pagan translation was kill = temple dhá = two or second and Ra which in Egypt is the god of the sun. 'Ré' is moon in Irish so if this is correct the temple flame of the second moon might be a homage. Rí or Righ is king.
It would be AMAZING if Lucy Cavendish could create an oracle deck dedicated to Brigid.
This one gave me chills. Big bright Bridget lobe from Cairns FNQ xo
