I am the author of this mod and thank you so much for posting this video!!! I'm sorry that this mod doesn't work very well on non-gore settings. (Probably because the percentage of acid corrosion is always zero, which makes the mod itself thinks the skin is not abandoned).

It didn't abandon the skin because you have goreless mode, making the skin still be visible, but if you deactivate goreless mode, it will work better.
For the shapeshifter to work properly you need to turn on gore.

I remember playing people play ground and encountered a similar bug thing like any time you spawn anything the ragdolls would be dead in the video and when I played with a mod that was hazmat remastered or something like that anything that I would spawn an human they would turn into a zombie for some reason and I don't know why.
