Vlad and TK Kirkland discussed Kendrick's potential impact on Drake's career. You don’t know what you’re talking about. His first album was a street album and sold 2 million. But his singles wasn’t that big and people compared him to dmx and pac so did R&B and sold way more. He 5th album dropped during the 50 cent beef was actually recorded as a mixtape with 50 cent disses but Def Jam executives released it as a studio album because their sales were down that year. It flopped and he basically lost his spot that year 2003.

The people who listen to Drake that put him at his ultra-mainstream level don't care about the beef or even if he definitively loses against Kendrick. Ja's career fell off because the people who made him huge were swayed by the huge peak of Eminem and 50, and Ja didn't stick to his lane that was winning for him.
