I LOVE this song, the grimy yet melodic rythm of the song really stays true to meat canyons videos where they are really weird and gross on the outside yet you can help but keep looking and sometimes finding a deeper meaning

This song definitely gains points for using an Ocean Man reference instead of the Grass Skirt Chase motif that almost every other song in the mod uses

I'm obsessed with this song. It's an absolute wonder to listen to. SpongeBob vocals are surprisingly soothing and the songs upbeat tone and later slow cooldown are just fantastic

At first I didn't realize the original source that the song was based off of, so naturally I thought it was a reference to the Face Freeze episode due to how disturbing the faces looked
This is easily one of my favorite songs from the mod. It's pleasant to the ear in a way most fnf songs aren't (usually due to overcharting or focusing too hard on making it hard rather than it sounding like a song). This song just keeps getting stuck in my head, can't wait for folks to start making metal covers and stuff! Major props to the team behind the mod for making such amazing music. Sponge/10, Bravo! 👏

I actually think this is against Mr. Krabs from the meatcanyon video (or Squidward if we're keeping the theme here) and Spongebob is there as some sort mechanic for the enemy.

I would agree, but the thing kinda breaking that is in the title it says VS Meatcanyon SpongeBob, and he does talk in the song. His chromatic scale doesn’t sound like him a whole lot, especially that quiet and slow part. So you could be right.
Unfortunately, recently the devs have debunked this by showing MC Spongebob’s idle animation. Still cool theory tho.

Something I really love about mods now for FNF is how they put just as much work into the instrumental parts of the song along side the vocals, charting, sprites etc. this song goes so hard with its main melody and it reminds me of some old flash game music for some reason
