I find it comforting that our pets might come and visit and this can help through the grieving process. I have never experienced this. Oh and Skella Duck is still in the same place from last night’s live stream; just to the left of your head. 🤙🏽💕✌️

This has happened to me. Many years ago we had a Schipperke which is a small solid black dog with no tail. He had many health problems with the worst being Epilepsy. One night he had the worst seizure and because it lasted so long he lost all function in his legs. We had to put him down 2 days later.
He was the best dog we ever had and both mom and I were pretty messed up about the whole thing. But one night I was sitting in my room and I heard dog tags jingling, without even thinking I got up and walked out of the room to go let Jake out because that’s how he let me know he needed to pee. Then it hit me, Jake is gone! I continued to hear his tags jingle several times over a couple months. My mom said she never heard him but she did say that she felt him laying next to her a couple times. She just thought she was dreaming.
We took it to mean that he wanted us to give our love to a new dog and that he was ok. After we got our current dog Gilligan, I still heard the jingle but over time it stopped. But every now and then Gilligan seems to see stuff that isn’t there, so I believe that Jake visits from time to time. He is the only dog I ever had that came back like that. My mom even wanted her ashes to be put in Jake’s grave but I still haven’t done it yet because it’s like over three hundred dollars to do it. (Jake was interred at a pet cemetery)

Lost our fur baby Scooter 6 months ago she died of aggressive cancer at the young age of 4. Athletic, highly intelligent and loved her toys could bring them by name when asked. Quiet days when I’m reading I will hear a squeak she loved squeaky toys. Freaked me out at first, but I realized she was just checking in on me🐾💔💕

To answer your question.. Yes. Sandy, always in my back yard.
Butter, Oh yeah. But I think of it mostly as hallucinations/wishful thinking because it’s still fresh.
Maya keeps my mind off it though

Thank you for this video. It’s still hard. I miss Butter so much. Sandy as well. I never thought of this until meeting my boyfriend years ago. But how heartwarming it is to keep their ashes.
Yes we could bury them in the back yard. But what if we don’t live at that residence anymore?? Call me nuts but. I’d want my fur babies to be buried with me. Or if cremated, I’d want my remains released with theirs. Heck, use them to plant a tree!
I just wished in 2009, we kept Sandy’s ashes. We never had a paw print as well.

Thank you DNice💕 we have her ashes along with another Furbaby that we are going to plant in our forever home. Still trying to decide what type of tree… it’s a circle of love and life and remembering how blessed we are by unconditional love. 💜🫠💜🫠💜

Few times after my German shepherd passed i would turn in my sleep and feel a lump on my bed where he would sleep. beside me. But when my leg hit it felt the lump smooth out like he was next to me then jumped off bed. Could also smell him from time too time
