Wow Dynamite and Malenko. So just about every dream matchup of the 80s and 90s happened overseas in some form or another.

Japanese wrestling is filled with gems like this but it’s completely random what you find.

Dynamite kid and johnny smith...two of the best from the stampede territory...i was in Calgary every week watching these 2 come up through the ranks....some of the best wrestling in the world in my opinion.

    マレンコの相手としてはデイビーボーイも良かったけど細かいテクニックを持つジョニーも手が合いますね

He was Johnny Smith's (Hindley) uncle too, so you are related right?

@@billbird6494 Tommy wasnt related to me, i just remember him, and Bernhard from my uncle Ted Betley's house, in the early 70's. My Uncle Ted and Aunty Edna used to promote the wrestling at bell vue and also at Warringtons Parr Hall

@@kickcanlurky7147 I meant related to Johnny as he was Betley's nephew too. I know Ted retired to the Isle of Man and Johnny went there with him before he debuted for world of sport in the 80's.

I don’t think it’s known how much juice he was on at this time. He had a disc removed in 86’ or so after his back injury. After that he was in too much pain to work out as he was.
He may have replaced steroids more with pain meds at this point.
