    Wow 🤩 I try to use karuppu Ulundu to make idli podi with sesame to make my family include this healthy dhal. I never thought of making it as vadai, which is always my family’s favorite! Thank you so much for this idea. Your dedication to make so many healthy recipes are stunning 🙏 keep rocking dear 💐😘

      I also make idli powder with karuppu ulundu. Trying my best to include this in my daughter's everyday diet 🙂

    Also I would like to suggest, I use a tablespoon of kadala parupu while soaking if I don’t have arisi maavu. In that way, it retains the crisp of the vada as well!
