You are doing army building the right way. It's not just a bunch of baseplates with endless figures on them, but actually building a large MOC to showcase the figures.
An Easter egg you could do is another dark bluish gray statue by using dark bluish gray legs, dark bluish gray torso, dark bluish gray head like you typically do, but then add a dark bluish gray santa beard and dark bluish Grey ball cap. Then it's a statue that makes reference to the creator of the moc. Or light bluish gray depending on park availability.

That would be a good idea. I mean I did make myself into the army. Just not the king 😂 but I could always do statues
