- Hello everybody. For now I don't really have any guides planned but I see people subscribing and I want to put out some Lethal League content for you. I noticed there isn't a lot of top player footage lying around the internet so I asked CookingTiger to do a session with me for entertainment. Hope you guys enjoy it! Also thank you very much CT!

my friends and I picked up the game recently. I'm not looking to be as proficient as you guys but I would to improve on Doombox. Besides your series on improvement, do you have any Doombox specific tips?
Hey man glad you asked. I'm not exactly a Doombox main by any means, but from playing against other top Doombox's I can tell you that his screen presence alone makes him scary to play against. Since he's so big he's able to challenge very easily, where in most cases when your opponent bunts the ball to receive it, DB has the best chance of stealing due to how large his hitboxes are. Same thing goes for ball control. If you watch our most recent FT5 set, you'll see CookingTiger does a great job of keeping me out with parries whenever I try to challenge myself.
Also pushbox. You say you're new, but I might as well bring it up. If you didn't know crouching + jumping with full meter allows DB to push his opponent. So, if you're facing away from your opponent, you can use one of DB's sharp angles and then turn around to push your opponent back to mess up their positioning. Push box also cancels all inputs immediately, so if your opponent wants to catch they have to input bunt/swing after the pushbox.
