THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO BRING A KITTEN INTO A HOUSE WITH OTHER CATS!!!!.
I have owned cats for 64 years and that is not the way to do it.
It is apparent the kitten is terrified being thrown into a new environment and confronting two larger and older cats at the same time.
And that is after driving hours in a car which any cat, especially kittens would be scared of.
You can see the kitten trembling in the car and it isn't from being cold, it is from fright.
The kitten was already exhausted and frightened and then it is thrown into a new environment which would frighten any kitten, especially when it is exhausted, and then has to confront two older and larger cats in their territory at the same time.
Some of you might think it is cute but it isn't.
Unless you like seeing a terrified kitten.
First, bring the kitten home and give them their own space away from the other cats for at least a day to get rested and used to the new house and smells. Then allow the cats to get used to each other slowly and do not allow the kitten to feel threatened and frightened.
If the older cats get aggressive pick the kitten up and hold it until it feels safe and try again.
Slowly the older cats will accept the new addition but throwing them into a strange environment after they are already frightened is not the way to do it.

agree, and sometimes it's the adult cat that feels threatened and needs reassurance!

Agreed and I was wondering why everyone else couldn’t see the signs that were so obvious.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful cats with us. The picture of all three resting in the cat bed together was so adorable! I look forward to watching them grow together. ❤️

Another owner for the humans! I love that the kitten is getting comfy in the lap and in the carrier.

We have 2 cats now 8 months old. Brother and sister, they never growl or hiss. They were very active at first they drove us crazy. Now they have settled down. They eat like crazy and are very good about sharing their food. Fun to watch your kitties, never knowing what they might do next!

What would have happened if it had been a baby puppy instead of a kitten?

Cats are not silly; they know where all the comfortable places are, also, we don't own our cats, the cats own us.

Google knows too much. We have a Himalayan and an unknown black cat. When you went to get the kitten, we noticed you were driving the same Subaru as us!
The black cat, Luna, arrived at our home 4 January. Our Himalayan, Caspurr, is taking to her pretty well.

That's awesome! We have a lot in common then 👍
It's really great that the cat accepts the new family member (another cat) well! Greetings to Luna and Caspurr!

Where you put the new cat when it was unwatchable? You sleeping or work.

There was a place for her to sleep next to our bed, where she usually sleeps during the night. We worked from home during the day, but if we went out, we left her in a separate room

You realise . . to tempt my kitten to stay in bed with me I've had to hold the phone at a suitable position for her while she's relaxing watching the movie. Both peeping out from under heated blanket.
With my arm stretched out holding it still, she has her two little paws with her chin between, perched on the crook of my arm, eyes following the story, head swivelling if I move from side to side.
Now it's finished she's making a break for it.
Looks like we have a new pastime. She's meowing tiny squeaks as I type.
    I think she's asking for a replay.
    Well, my arms numb anyway.
Yes allright Ann. I am your slave, movie time again

There are good things about having one cat, and there are good things about having 2 because they will provide each other companionship and require less constant attention from you than 1 will, but there really are no good things about having more than that imo. I can see the argument that you're saving a life, but with each additional cat past 2 you're only increasing tensions.
