That "Kingii" is pretty brilliant. Sometimes a drowning will happen because the victim is disoriented, and can't even figure out which was is up, so I could see this actually saving a life. I wonder if it really works.

very good
Awesome!
"when installed correctly it boasts a 10 year life span" THATS IT?!?! that seems to be a little lacking when you're building something like that.
Cool inventions
amazing!
I don't think anyone's going to care about the social distancing liferaft where everyone gets their own small little square.
No one is going to stay in those squares: theyr'e going to get their bodies out of the water and sit on top of it, taking up maybe at least 3 squares per person.
Can you next time don’t add background music please
Nothing could go wrong with 50 starving people on a life raft.😮
That desk doesn't look safe if you take into consideration
That waffle raft looks like a gigantic version of “Guess Who?”
0:42 imagine being wasted and mistaking that for a pitcher of Kool-Aid.
Great !
Meets the international standards for safety. Who knows what that means. Lol..
thanks
The mark3 firefighting machine at around min 3.50 in might be good at removibg floodwater aswell?! Health and wisdom to all, Erik the Netherlands
If you drop that much weight on the desk and it is on wood floor wouldn't it push the legs through the floor crushing you anyway?
They didn't coin the term "Line-thrower" for that first invention. The Maritime industry has had line-throwers for a hundred years, for that exact purpose.
Coined a specific term for it - "a line thrower." Who'd have thought?
Ice retireval... hoover crafts were meant for that.. lol the perfect surface....
I think IKAROS is Icarus?
All those will be inside the "ice-cubes"???🤔🤦♂️🤦♂️🤷♂️🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
.0008 seconds coverage of the thumbnail. CLICKBAIT
That video clip showing the Recco system is misleading. That's not how the reflector system works and in fact, they're not considered decent methods of SAR anymore and as such, big brands such as Norrøna are no longer using the Recco systems.
Nice stuff, they should say the price of each item.
Last time I remember Icarus (or Ikaros) wasn't known for throwing ropes but for fashioning bird wings which he attached to his arms. He failed, of course. I'm just waiting for a startup that (re)invents these same wings and tries marketing them to athletes. And fails.
I'm working on it!
thanx
It'd be amazing the stuff that we could come up with if we gave Vanessa a large budget instead of subsidizing SpaceX with government money.
forget that, take the company/billionaire's money off them too, cause they should actually be paying taxes, like everyone else is required to!
@@mehere8038They do pay taxes, much more than everyone else.
Video ruined by having music. Please stop catering to airheads who are addicted to non stop music. People who are addicted to always having music in their ears are not able to think on their own. Please stop destroying lives by feeding their addition. A GOOD VIDEO NEEDS NO MUSIC TO PROP IT UP BECAUSE IT STANDS ON ITS OWN.
La dosette sur le thumbnail. Lol
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Drop the damm background music.
Süper olum bunlar nasıl şey la vay be
Amazing
Not bad ⚡️
Teh rescue boat idea is great, but the main problem is the loss of heat, so capturing heat and lifting people up is really important... meh.. some of these are like 1960 inventions, lol
0:50 cool but I hope that smoke is not toxic. Also that thing need a training. For exemple, make sure nobody is in front of you... But seems a good invention IMHO.
2:39 What difference does it make if the concrete is reinforced? It's all about the weight of the object, not the strength. A ton of feathers weighs exactly the same as a ton of "reinforced" concrete
Would you rather have a ton of concrete or a ton of feathers dropped on you?
@@loverlyme Neither, really. Ton of anything hurts like hell if it lands on your head.
Curious can you use that for fishing
Looks like a thumbnail tackle box
4:00 Slide to safety is interesting. The latest in a historic line of similar ideas such as fireproofed canvas tubes in the 60s, these things somehow haven't got over the parapet still.
Capable of being used from the US 4th floor, UK 3rd, I can't find any footage of schoolchildren using them from this height. Or anyone for that matter.
Bit sus.
Maybe it's very strict regs for kids in ads, who knows?
Thought this might be interesting, but when I heard that sing-song, non-serious narration, as in so many RUclips videos that are not worth watching, I bailed immediately.
The narrator has a very odd cadence. The emphasis is all over the place.
Finder would be helpful more than ever finding lives 🇵🇸 trapped under rubble.
Why not put the equipment to good use and save many lives now?
