Manuel Orozco Well, to each his own. I didn't expect it to be that good, but I really loved it. I haven't ever seen the stage version, and I was surprised how much it was like the original Wizard of Oz. I thought all the leads were excellent-and costumes, sets, etc. were great too.
I watched it about five or six times while it was free on Demand.
We've talked before about how much I love Michael in the movie version (and those sets and costumes)
I read tonight that Elijah has been cast in the new biopic of New Edition to start filming.
barbee0715 I haven't the stage version before so I still enjoyed it. In fact, I'm petitioning Stephanie Mills to play Maybelle in Hairspray Live.
They're gorgeous together and so talented and I am soooo sad that this movie showed so much potential for Amanda and she lost her way :( I hope Elijah is still doing stuff on stage and for the industry as well because his talent in this movie was out of this world 🤩
