Hi Tony I don't really chase Hairtail but I find I catch them around this time of the year The colder weather I seem to get them not in summer at all Thanks for watching Tight lines
When you lift a fish with lip grips you should always support its body.. I hate seeing rookies handle fish. That fish should have been released in better health. Learn how to fish then roll the camera.
Thanks for the feedback! I always try to take care of the fish I catch, as much as possible. I catch a lot of Hairtail and when I release them around 30% of them just seem to float around the top of the water for a bit. It looks that they are not in good health, but they do swim back down. Don't use lip grips much but will keep in mind what you said. Thanks for watching!
@Aquatic Mullet The beautiful irony in that statement.. It's by no means my business, for the same reason we both ended up here, because I love fishing and respect fish. Cheers.
@Aquatic Mullet very intelligent mate. I could lift you one handed under water but I'm sure I couldn't on land. Congrats on the 20 years of drug addiction.
Have enjoyed all your great videos.
Just wondering which month is to catch hairtail?.
Thanks...
