1:37 according to Bushiroad website, Darkstate Crit effect does count as trigger effect, because the text read as "additional effect" on top of the trigger. I had multiple judge on this particular case as it was it was concluded that it is part of the effect trigger and these for the effect heal doesn't work. (i know it's really stupid that they worded like that tbh)
damn that makes sense tbh. The crit eff heal does say by non-trigger effect specifically and the entire OT effect is a trigger effect at the end of the day
