no, if a pokemon has the ivs of 0/15/15 then itll be closer to the cp of 1500 which makes you throw charge moves faster

You csn check pvp iv rankings online.. his is an ultraleague rank 9.. ifnyoubwere to add 1 attack to his skeledirge, it's gonna be a good great league IV.. of it were a 2 attack dirge.. it would be a rank 5 for ultraleague.. 3-11 attack for his dirge would've been a so so IV.. and if it were 12-15 attack, his Dirge would've been good IV for Master League.

Would you say shadow zapdos is better? If yes can you make a video on it?
Shadow Zapdos is very powerful in the UL.
The only thing you need is atleast 1 shield to sweep and if you have a shield+energy advantage you destroy so many pokemons (excluding typings like electric/ground counters etc)
Thunderbolt is enough to put a TapuFini 100 -> 15-19% HP and not many pokemon really appreciate going against Zapdos due to typing.
Charging wise its the same as Swampert for 5-4-5-4 for Drill Peck and 7-6-6-6 for Thunderbolt.
Can't wait till Henry features it, only problem is Ampharos mainly.
