I didn’t know who you were or anything about you when I came across this video on Facebook. I don’t wear makeup anymore so I pretty much just wash my face in the shower or with a quick wipe so I’m not sure why I stopped to watch this video (I never do) but I’m glad I did. I have depression and anxiety. Which feeds off each other. I decided after watching this video, i was going to try to make my own sugar scrub with the coffee. It is amazing how such a small act changed my whole day. Each day and night I took this small time to myself. It has been a week and my stuff just came to do the whole process. It is 10pm and I know it is the wrong time of the day BUT here I am with the mud mask. I know washing my face is a small act but thank you for teaching me this small act. Taking care of my face has changed my whole week. I even put makeup on yesterday. I honestly think I’ve looked at myself more in the mirror this past week than I did in the past year. Maybe this is the first step to loving myself again.

Actually, yes all of the rituals I do especially the face roller really helps to pump blood and circulation into your face, so if anything get into doing that while you're at work!

Fai's Glam Memoir I know! I finally started a skin care routine and I now wake up 20 minutes earlier to make sure I can get my routine done. It’s only been six days but I can already see my skin tone becoming even and clearer.

Nas Cell pretty similar to this one, oil cleanse, face wash, sugar scrub, mud mask, tone, essence, serum, acne treatment and moisturize. I think if you follow a routine like this your skin will be thanking you even just a year down the road, but the hardest part is finding products for each step that is best for your skin type. I also started taking a shot of turmeric in the morning and putting collagen peptides in my coffee!
@@angelawhitehead2889 I heard collagen supplements don't work, I think lab muffin beauty science did a video explaining it. Keep doing it if you believe in it - I don't mean to impose, I just wouldn't want you to spend your heart earned money on things that aren't benefitting you! :)
Katharina Maria I will say I don’t see any difference in my skin but I definitely notice a difference in my nails which I need because they are thin and always flipping back and tearing off.

Roni agreed, I did it for a week and it did nothing for my hormonal acne. If you don’t have acne it could be a different story!
@@angelawhitehead2889 I used to have awful acne, use a scrub! Like they did but with sugar. Mix sugar, an astringent, a little olive oil, honey, and a nice shower gel. It works amazingly. The oil doesn't clog. OR if that's too much stuff for you, just sugar, astringent and a shower gel. Astringent on the face alone can be strong for some people instead of a toner. But after a week your skin adjusts. Astringent & scrubs = acne killers!
