Sorry, I don't care much for this. I prefer the original version from 1971 by Diana Ross--real orchestration, vocals without any auto tune and other effects, background singers. This version is just chilly with the heavy use of synths and other effects. I'm old school.
This cover has such a haunting nostalgic feel to it, I reminisce about Diana’s version whilst listening to Laura’s! The heavy synths and heavenly vocals from the backing singers makes my heart flutter I’m so glad Laura has put her composition degree to good use ❤️
