@@Bullfishhole I’m currently in my final semester of Law and take jurisprudence. For our finals we were given the freedom to write about an area we hadn’t yet studied. I find realism to be a welcome and refreshing change to what I had previously been learning about, positivism and natural law theory etc, as the ideology of ‘what is law’ seems to fit more closely to what I initially believed it to be before exploring this module and feels like a breath of fresh air! Your video really helped me map out the main aspects of this theory!
FYI, I'm once again teaching my Sociology of Law course online at WVU starting June 27. If anyone is interested in the topic looking for extra college credits, consider signing up. It's always good to chat with interested people. starss.wvu.edu/StudentRegistrationSsb/ssb/term/termSelection?mode=search
This was brilliant, thank you.
This was very helpful... thanks for posting!
You're welcome. How'd you come across it? I never thought many people would be interested in legal realism but its turned out to be popular.
