This story is based on the tragedy happened during hydel project of Dumbur.
When the project was supposed to start,many families were given notice to move out from their place because those places would be soon covered by water. Many family were displaced,they settled in others parts of Tripura and some even went to neighbouring states.
People had to leave their houses, peddy fields,zoom fields, and many more belongings and specialy many sweet memories.
Meanwhile many couples had to separate all of sudden, due to poor communication problem of those days, many of them could not communicate and update each other.
So here comes a couple where the girl was from the effected area and had to leave the place on govt. Order. She waited at their normal meeting place so that she can update his lover and at least ask for some ways. ,but the boy was not coming those days due to family duties......that's how they were departed and all the dreams and vows got broken.

Very well made,so touching and brought tears to my eyes.Dumbur project was responsible for making so many of our people homeless. I remember going there as a very young child and it was so beautiful and peaceful. Dams are not always the answer to development

I really like the fact that the traditional Jamatia attire she wore is completely an original way of wearing it .No blouse added and no modern twist what people say so.Modern twist make it look cliche as per my opinion and it make it difficult for the people who isn't expose to tripuri culture or the tripuri attire to understand.

Just today only I watch this beautiful Album Raima Saima . Everything is mind blowing. 💞💞. Male singer outstanding voice 💞. Romance + reality + sadness. If we think about 70 years back, Due to this Dumbur project thousands of our Tiprasa become homeless, landless 💔 that Tiprasa people are called refugees/ Saranathi today in Tripura 😥. The people who are real refugees become owners, real owners become refugees. It's really hurts me & melt my heart 💔😥😥.
