It’s almost a year later, and I’m sorry for passing of your sweet sister in law. Thankfully, there was a birthday party the same day. I’m sure that helped. Tennessee North. I truly appreciate you and your videos, particularly this one. We had jam cakes made with my grandmother’s canned blackberry jam. I never quite developed a taste for them though. Watching your shortcuts was such fun. Caramel icing is my favorite, but I could never make it. You did it exquisitely. I tip my glass of water to you. 😊 it turned out wonderfully, though indeed it was tedious. Thanks so much.

It has been a minute since I ate ham cake. Looks so good and moist too. I will again try your recipe. I made your chicken pot pie recipe but I put homemade biscuits on mine because I got lazy, lol. It was delicious. I used the chicken thighs in mine too. So so good!!! Hubby gave me a kiss for it❤😊

My mother used to make a cake called jelly cake to use the strawberry Red jelly call Rex jelly they don't sell it where I live but she used to put the jelly and a pot and pour sugar in it a little bonilla's stared up until it all gets sticky and melted together and then she's let it cool a little bit and then she sprayed it on the cake it was absolutely delicious
TN did your mom have a dessert made from tomatoes before? my grandmother had one mom used to try to remember but never did and she looked for it all the time, perhaps you recall one?
