Moi, from across the pond from your side, old farmer here from Ruotsi , a great tip from a old 40+ here, put electric fence posts around your stones and wells, that will keep you from ever hitting them again or having to search for them every year We used to take our quad around the fields and put them orange ones up every year, took some hours, but not a single mower was damaged either ^^
