I'm still catching up, but just a tip. You can (right)click and drag when commanding the troups. That way, you can place them precisely and pick where they face. If you already know this, then just ignore the comment 😂

My big mistake was going too fast. You got time, going to fast with population is a nightmare

This seems like a pretty cool game. When you defeat bandits and they run away, do they effectively despawn? Or do they hang around elsewhere?
they are gone and you can go right for them camp. If you and the other Lord go for it, while your fighting the bandits, he can go for the camp and take the money, or you can do the same, go for the camp while he's fighting

by relaxed do you mean no combat?
