I could see Uncle Samsonite getting a JJK skin (I'd give him Jogo's outfit, personally), but EXE is definitely the best fit for Sukuna the more you think about it. He's a resentful being who incarnates through a vessel and revels in upholding his role as the apex predator of his world. I'd also argue that EXE's gameplay fits Sukuna the best, since his playstyle is fairly complex yet still fundamentally aggressive, not to mention he has one of THE DEADLIEST melee combos on the roster.
