@@Ihategeese21 well Bo4 is a prequel to Bo3 since it takes place around 2045 and Bo3 takes place around 2060 and I’m guessing that they brought Bo3 guns back because they probably are prototypes or early versions of the guns that were given out in Bo4 and in Bo3 they are the final versions of the guns. This is just speculation idk if this is true but it kinda makes sense.

wouldn’t say it’s the best I think the game doesn’t live up to the other black ops games and the game felt like was just made to advertise the battle royal the zombies suck for the most part and the multiplayer has some of the most annoying specialists and blackout is probably the only decent part about this game I think it’s definitely one of my favorite battle royal games and tryarch did a really good job even though b04 has some weak spots I still had fun with the game I do recommend giving it a try

The original black ops is definitely my top favorite cod game same goes for WAW and bo2 I had a lot of good memories with all of them and I hope when they get done remastering the modern warfare franchise they remake waw and bo1/bo2 even if they just remaster the campaign I would sill enjoy replaying trough them

i feel like bo4 s lighting only looks terrible under daytime clear sky map. foggy map's lighting effect always works i mean for reflection. weapons animation are detailed i believe this is the first cod has the smoking barrel effect. most weapon's tactical and empty reload are two separate animations which is cool

Get this, we've had Working bullet counts since Infinite warfare but for whatever reason the series never makes a weapon that Shows this off, The closest we get is the strife, but you only see one bullet before that witness hole grip is useless.

GRAV - The Galil from BO1. Great gun but eh, it was free so it's whatever.
SWAT RFT - Cool looking iteration of the SWAT (SG 550 rifle series) from Black Ops 2 with sleek animations.
PEACEKEEPER - More or less the same gun as the Peacekeeper model from Black Ops 3, first showed up in BO2. Kinda lame.
AN-94 - Assault rifle that appeared in BO2. Looks nice but doesn't fit the future aesthetic.
ECHOHAWK DUAL BORE - Badass dual barrel, dual mag M4 looking thing. Love the design and love using it.
Submachine Guns:
DAEMON X3B - Futuristic 3 round Burst MP5K looking thing. Looks neat but a burst SMG will always be weird to me.
SWITCHBLADE X9 - Really sleek looking boxy SMG that screams futuristic. Love it, wish it replaced the SAUG from the base game tbh.
VMP - Literally the same gun from BO3 with nearly the same animations and sounds. Lame. Also everybody uses this no recoil noob gun online.
MicrOMG 9mm: Funny minigun SMG thing. Seems alright, like the design, hate the recoil. Really just a meme gun and nothing else.
Tactical rifles
STING RAY - Neat looking Burst battle rifle. Wish this was in the base game.
M16 - Vietnam era M16A1 with an erroneous burst function but other than that, neat. Love this gun in any game it's in. Doesn't fit the future aesthetic but it's an iconic old weapon so I gets a pass.
Light Machine Guns
TigerShark: An M249 with a M4 Stanag mag on the side. Kinda lame tbh but M249's with normal AR mags don't get featured much in games so I'll give it a pass for being unique.
Sniper Rifles
Vendetta - It's just a M14 with a pistol grip. The Mk14 is already in the base game, so it's lame.
LOCUS - The same bolt action from BO3. At least it has a new bolting animation but that's it. Not great.
HAVELINA AA50 - Cool looking semi auto .50 cal rifle that single loads. Actually the only new unique gun out of the snipers.
Pistols:
KAP-45: Actually has new animations from its BO2 counterpart. Also a machine pistol is always welcome.
Shotguns:
RAMPAGE-12: SPAS-12 looking thing that's full auto with a detachable mag. As a guy who loves guns I should hate this but I can't seem to adore it.
Argus: Same lever shotgun from BO3 with nearly the same animations and model. Eh, not great.
Specials:
Reaver C86 - Neat crossbow, seems to be Burst fire? Alright.
Ballistic knife - No but really I wish these were base game, I want sticks and stones back.
That's it. Not covering the melee weapons because I don't care enough to go over them.

I prefer bo3 guns any day of the week there was both guns from real life and guns from 200 years in the future all the dlc guns in bo4 are somewhat more realistic but all the dlc guns are recycled from bo3

well i would say give it a try the game is a lot different than it once was it’s more fair and most of the items are more unlock-able than they once was and if you do your daily challenges and terrier skips you can get items pretty easily

It’s a melee weapon you get out of a supply drop, they added it at the same time the MicroMG did. To get it, you can waste 50 reserve cases or 2400 COD points and choose that weapon or get some luck out of a supply drop.
