Exactly the same test that Pell said should be applied to all victims was used by the ABC to explore the story of another alleged victim. This victim did not participate in the original trial and now would have nothing to gain since Pell was acquitted by the high court. He is a compelling victim and very believable. Is there enough evidence to prove Pell was guilty beyond reasonable doubt? Many eye witnesses recall Pell being at the locations where this person was abused by Pell. I have no doubt Pell is guilty of this crime and, as a pattern of behaviour can be established from it, the cardinal likely guilty of the other alleged crimes. There was never any witch hunt against Pell.
