    In this video I have discussed about how to increase knee joint lubricant with the help of home remedies and some exercises for strengthening the knee muscles.these remedies are common available in your surroundings.these are as below
    1:- Flaxseeds:- First fry flax seeds then grind on mixer take two spoon empty stomach every morning.
    2:- Walnuts - Take 3-4 walnut pour in milk in night eat early in the morning in empty stomach.
    3-Leaves of Harsingar:-Take 7-8 leaves of Harsingar mild grind and pour in boiling water after 8 minutes take in our and drink early in the morning.
    4-Coconut water, Badaam,makhana, milk,banana etc that increase joint lubricant
    Some exercises are recommended for str muscles
    1-Quardiceps exercise
    2-Knee flexion and extension exercise
    3-Hip flexion and extension exercise
    4-Quardiceps sitting position exercise
