Early Portalgun Inbounds in

This category can go sub 3 and that's pretty cool I think
I'm not super happy about the reversion to regular inbounds in 08 onwards, given that a TPWW strat exists to keep the gun, but having both portals makes 09 marginally harder and 10 much harder.
If I can actually find a 10 ele skip that saves time, I'll totally
