Can you do it in such a way that - the state and city cannot be selected unless the Country is selected - and the state depends on country. Then the state (drop down ) will have a list of states to choose from also corresponding to a given country

The previous data under state is not clearing out on selecting the next country. Can you please let me know what's the issue.
