To the people picking apart Bo Nix game based on "supporting cast" I wonder what draft grade you had on Mac Jones? Truly what was it? lol if Nix is a 2-3rd round guy then what was Mac, 5th round??? -Mac had far greater talent around him which is saying something. -Bo has significantly more experience at the same age. -Bo is a MUCH better athlete. -Bo overall has a better arm. No NFL team had a 5th round grade on Mac, I doubt any had even a 3rd; and I doubt even more that Bo makes it out of round 1 based on what NFL teams look for.
I had a second on mac jones but had a third on nix because of the strength of this qb class with guys going back nix might get pushed up to round 2 but will generate first round buzz with a strong senior bowl.

In general, not having tight window throws doesn't mean much in and of itself. Arm talent is arm talent. What's more important is anticipation, and that's where throwing into tight window throws would matter. Not that he doesn't do it, but can he throw before a guy is open?

Just watched Daniels tape, he’s very late/slow to get the ball out. Receivers are open for awhile before he gets it out and that gets the passes blocked. In the NFL that gets him sacked or intercepted. Pass.
He’s a quick decision maker, athletic , quick release. His downsides are decision making at times and happy feet. I think if he gets a year under his belt he can be similar to Josh Allen. Floor is Johnny manziel
@@andjohn7912 they throw screens as their run game. Bo proved he could throw the deep ball plenty. He has an above average NFL arm just not a Josh Allen cannon, which gets Allen in trouble at times in fact

I saw like two-three real NFL throws. Not too impressed given he's a 23-yr. old with 5 FULL years starting in college.
