Since Rachel was clearly having fun dancing with him and enjoying the not-so-PG-moment, again, Finn has no right to police Rachel's sexuality or ability to be with someone non-platonically. This is him being a creepy control freak.

And don't forget, he took Quinn from Sam, and yet he got upset when Rachel hooked up with Puck while he was with her. He had a problem with what Rachel did, but he had no problem taking Quinn from Sam, and like you said, as soon as Rachel went to prom with Jesse, he felt some type of way.

Guys always tend to shove first before they hit. It's a form of posturing in order to size ones' opponent up. I've never understood why though, considering a punch in the jaw or torso would do the same thing. ;)

aeris44 I've seen more than one shove in more than a few fights, with a lot of trash talk thrown in, inbetwixt the shoving. By the second or third shove fists are usually drawn.
sublimelyh70 Come on let's be honest here. It's cuz of the filming and editing. This is too much justification since they probably wanted to avoid choreographing too much of the fighting or having to edit or work on the angles to make it look real.
I don't think you've seen many actual fights in person. Most people, even 2 men, don't throw punches. They push and "hug" until they're split up. The truth is that most people don't actually want to risk injury by fighting.

This trio needed more songs together. Also they all looked great here, especially the girls.
Honestly, this scene is one of the reasons that I dislike Finn. I think that he got much more credit than he deserved in the show. While, occasionally he did something kind, most of his actions came from very insecure and selfish places.
He also wasn’t as good of a singer as he was made out to be, especially with much better male singers in the group like Blaine, Sam and even Artie
i think he did more good than bad but all of the characters had their moments
cool rants I actually think it is the other way around. I think he did more bad than good. And most of the good that he did was in the aftermath of him messing up- like with outing Santana but then standing up for her.
I always felt like whenever he got upset or things weren't going his way, he said and did whatever he wanted and usually faced no consequences. And it really isn't fair that Finn fans will rag on Santana or Rachel because how was he any better? Yes, Santana was a bully but she was a bully because she wasn't happy with herself. How is that any worse than Finn hurting people when he's upset? He was a hypocrite because half the things he did was worse than anything Santana did
I wish the writers would’ve kept Jesse and Rachel, like he did shitty things but he wasn’t as big an a** than Finn. He had the same dream as Rachel and I totally could see him helping her reach her dream and his own as well. Even when he offered her the opportunity to come back to Broadway and she said she was going back to school he was happy for her. Like the writers should’ve kept them a couple instead of finchel

I find Quinn and Rachel can be equally irritating in different ways personality wise; Quinn at the start is typical queen bee- bitchy and up herself lol, but Rachel is very selfish and up herself too. I felt Rachel somewhat forgot her roots when she wouldnt get to know all the knew glee club kids in season 4+
But looks wise, I find Rachel more attractive. But it's a personal preference.
