Jack didn't devour pickle it was more of pickled devouring Jack because Jack only bit off pickles ear and threw it at him which means you did not devour pickle but pickled devoured Jack's face which means only pickle ate part of Jack and Jack didn't even ate a single piece of pickle only bit his ear off and kick it back to him
Not a big fan of Jack, but I like how they didnt just make him look like ass even tho Pickle washed him. Jack definitely did the best out of everyone so far (Hanayama barely had a scuffle with him so cant count that one)
Personally i didnt like jack in the original show but hes become my favorite character because of how extreme hes willing to go to match people that he has no chance with and i really hope in the manga he gets a real chance to shine
