You know what funny? I sell vintage and I have been fooled into thinking this was being done by hand! How hilarious. I never knew how this thread was being stitched on and assumed some ladies in the past were just really really into intricate hand embroidery. The final look is really cool. I usually see it on napkins and tablecloths.
