Ada, this restaurant is actually inside of a really big casino in Connecticut. They interior is beautiful though, and does remind me of a cathedral with all the arches and columns. We love it here!

The designer of the restaurant was inspired by a 12th century Italian by San Galgano - a Gothic abbey built in the 12th century located in the hills of Tuscany that is still there! The architect had done many beautiful buildings in NY and around the USA. Also, Ballo means 'dance' in Italian! How wonderful of you two to film this gorgeous restaurant! You learn something new every day!
