THE ACTUAL ADVICE:
Ok, Circus Baby first thing is to make sure that Glamrock Freddy learns the difference between a tsundere and a yandere because he foolishly thinks they're the same thing. I guess you are more like the non-dangerous one which is odd since I normally think that tsunderes are annoying but you're pretty cool. Then after he knows the difference try your second or third confession again because those two were better worded than the first one. Also, he'll probably need some time to process the fact that you like him after you confess. Oh, and make sure to explain the thing that you like about him such as his cooking skills and how good he is with Gregory. Yes, I know you are physically attracted to him too but he'll need to know that's not the only result you fell for him. Also, if he does bring up his engagement to Roxanne just remind him that if he goes through with the wedding that he's taking advantage of the fact that she's pretty much brainwashed in order to be with her, proving that his interest in her isn't healthy. And that despite his questionable behavior you still care about him and you just don't want him to make such a big mistake even if he doesn't reciprocate your feelings. If you take this approach the worst that can happen is that even after thinking it through properly he doesn't feel that way about you but won't stop being your friend. Actually the worst case would be if he marries Roxanne which would mean you need to reevaluate whether he is worth having those feelings towards because he obviously isn't the great guy we thought he was if he really takes advantage of Roxanne like that.

It's really a good thing that you fixed what the water gun did to him. The mother-chip and Eclipse stuff is enough to deal with as is. Now, I'm not the best person to come to for advice about this since I literally don't tell my crushes that I like them. I don't like the idea of being rejected and ruining the friendship I built up and that making our interactions awkward. I feel that you might have the same fear. Unfortunately, the only way to handle this kind of situation is to sit Freddy down and tell him without erasing his memory. Tell him that you have something to get off your chest. You guys have been friends for a while and that you know he's engaged, but you like him as more than a friend. Say that you know there's little to no chance of him reciprocating the feelings and that you just wanted him to know. It’s important to let this information sink in, so maybe arrange for you to be somewhere else after you tell him if you feel like it's going to be awkward. But when you do see him again, it's best to not push the situation (aka asking him for any kind of response for your confession). Just continue being you and keep being friends. I don't think Freddy would push you away but be grateful that you were honest. There's not much he can do but support you as a friend if he doesn't want to reciprocate your feelings and you should do the same. Support him as a friend and do what you can to move on. It will take a while and it will freaking hurt, but you will eventually move on. Once you do, maybe you can find someone else but that's entirely up to you if you want.
