2 packs of Rack of lamb

2Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1Tbsp minced fresh thyme
4Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup dried oregano
(Or 2 Tbsp dried oregano + 2Tbsp Italian seasoning)
1/4 cup olive oil
Lamb
2 frenched lamb rack (1.3-1.5lb / rack)
kosher salt
Black pepper
[Prosciutto stuffed chicken breast]
Chicken Breast
4 large chicken breast
4 slice of prosciutto
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
: I season only one side since prosciutto is salty.
Dried Thyme to taste (optional)
4-8 Tbsp Italian blend or mozzarella cheese, sherred
Olive oil (evoo) to brush baking dish, about 3 Tbsp
Sauce
1/2 shallot
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Olive oil (evoo)
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
: I use Costco brand
2 Tbsp good maple syrup
[Tofu Kkmchi Pork Stir Fry]
4lb pork butt slice
4 cups ripe kimchi
4 Tbsp sugar
1Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
1-2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp Korean chili powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pack of Tufu
[Korean Egg Soufflé]
1 cup water
1 coin stock (optional)
6 eggs
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
green onions for garnish
