High tides won't flood the concrete floor now, because even though the floor is now about maybe 650 mm lower, it has a concrete wall about 1 metre high above the Cook's River. Just to be sure the wall will keep the lane dry, visit it at a 1.9 metre high tide: New Year's Eve ie December 31 Tue 10 am 2024. New Year's Day ie January 1 Wednesday and January 2 Thu, 2025, at 10 am. Record it, upload it, thanks. And the next higher tide January 14 from (9 am until 11 am?) is 1.93m high tide. April 29 10 pm 2.07 m high tide is probably the highest tide, apart from possible storms making other tides higher.
