William Birkin's classic theme is simply unforgetable and all his transformations. I would say Birking (G- virus) and Nemesis (T- virus) are the most intimidating bosses of all times. A pity capcom hasn't included their duel (it was like a death battle between Birkin and Nemesis) and the real villains were the umbrella executives
just love the save room music to give you a moment without fear and anxiety.Imo the music and atmosphere is in a certain way much more oppressive in these original games than in the newer ones like these old Re soundtracks are masterpiece ♥♥

Hey man, he literally watched a bunch of crow eating a corpse, then, more stinky corpses moaning out sense and walking towards him, suddenly the first one came back to life and tried to bite him. He being a Cop in a new town at night... What would you want him to do?
I went back to this again and completed it and I had no idea the last I played it I switched Leons default attire for a more military type. I was so angry because all my handgun ammo were gone and I was forced to dodge, use so few of machine gun ammo, a knife and a magnum which I was saving for mr x. I don’t know how I made it to the end but the magnum was a life saver.
It is sad that the fans need to do all by ourself to keep those games alive, while Crapcom makes one trash remake after another and ruins their characters and stories.

Sucks how the remake didn’t add those random scenes like with the guy and the helicopter. It would of added depth to the other people in the city that went through the struggles.
I really enjoyed the seamless HD mod for RE3. Controls and everything were rock solid and everything looked like how my imagination rememberes that game. RE2 seems like it had some questionable liberties taken with the textures. Wasn't wild about the character portraits being changed either. But it's a great mod overall.
When my Friend and I wanted to play the Remake game on my Laptop... I just wasted money on it. The first scene in the Gas Station with the cop "clearly" was bitten. And pointing me to go to that small corridor. I cant seem to go forward. So I let my buddy play it instead as I just watched on the sidelines. Damn. I totally made me go back as a kid when me, my brother and my cousin finish the game. My part was just the puzzles and Im good with that.
Maybe someone knows, why Leon or Claire on scenario B didn’t help a police officer to fight two zombies? It could’ve prevented helicopter crush entirely.
To me it looks just like the normal game since my brain filtered out the pixels back in the day and only a sharp memory is left :D But cool idea to do that.
The assets are all 4:3 save for the cutscenes, which were widescreen. A true widescreen mod would have to add brand new assets to fill out the screen during gameplay or stretch them.
Dude, where did you get it from in the second scenario for Leon B, crocodile (he was destroyed in the first scenario) and in the ammunition depot, you took it all over again, although for Claire (scenario A) You took everything?
@@Nombrenooriginal If you have the resident evil 2 with latest mods you can change the QuickturnEnable = 0 to 1 as it the config.ini (open this with notepad) as located where the bio2.exe. Then save the file then run the game and when you are in the area hold down button on the xbox one controller and hit X buttton for the quick turn to happen. Controls might be different if the buttons weren't binded
Does anyone know what file the 'sourcenext' intro is so i can delete/rename it? I already did it on RE3 which was easy but i can't seem to find it on re2?

Did your game revert settings back to default when you closed and reopened it? Every time I close the game, my controls, sound, etc, get set to default values. In fact, even the Hard difficulty option disappeared when I reopened the game lol.
