I got a bottle of pink himalayan salt for Christmas this year and would never use anything else. Also rainbow trout is the best!

Kathy, Someday you might want to try Hawaiian red alae salt. The grains are large so it's great for meats and grilled dishes. I actually use alae and Korean sea salt which is damp and flaked. It comes in 3 sizes and I usually use medium. I think boxed, mined salt has an awful metallic aftertaste which I can actually tell in a blind taste test on food. Korean sea salt has a pure taste and because it doesn't have an aftertaste, you can almost call it, sweet.

I've never tried trout before and I've heard there are a lot of bones. My parents like to cook whole fish, I'm not s fan of it. That food looks deelish.

My husband is from the south Louisiana and they address everyone as Sir and Ma’am it’s custom and out of respect. He moved to California United States and a lot of females were offended when he address them as Ma’am too❤

Thanks for the video, Paikin family. It's great to see people eating the whole fish. Here in Italy, as in Asia, we eat the whole whitebait fried without the head. Frying makes the bones brittle and crispy. Also, in the Philippines and in the rest of Asia, we eat tiny anchovies whole, either fried or dried. You should be able to find them in the Japanese snacks section or the dried seafood section of any Asian Market, and sometimes cooked in sauce in the prepared food section.
Also, could you please put the link for Kevin's eating show? I couldn't find it. Thanks. I wish you all the best.

a big majority of mukbangs are filmed cooking the food. They all cook at the table or in the living room unless they got it from a take away. Part of the whole thing is the cooking. I didn't know that until today.
