That's quite a con with the condensation. Imagine getting your drink watered down like that, not good. Is there no way around that except what you did?
You should reinstate those videos because they sure look like a lot more fun than these ones. I like the information, but i also like Gail's personality. She's very "official" in these videos. Just a suggestion.
This machine is terrible. After 2 months the carafe started falling appart. The sockets for the screws just broke off which rendered the carafe useless. After about 6 months the screen started flickering. Sometimes it didn't do anything at all. Luckely I knew the button sequence by heart. After sending it in for repairs (under warranty, it was gone for about 2 weeks) it was returned to us without power chord and tiny filter in the watertank. Two days later we had exactly the same issues with the screen. I wouldn't recommend this machine to anyone. At best it gave us a mediocre coffee. My next machine won't be a saeco, that's for sure.
I love your demos, Gail! Very thorough.... :)
Quick question, if I use bottled spring water. Do you think I have to still descale, and I can avoid using filters?
Spring water has the most minerals of all. Descaling has to be done very frequently.
Even though I own a double boiler semi-automatic, i really enjoy watching these videos XD
Tks best video about my new machine ans how to use it.
Thank you helped me a whole lot

Nope, sorry!
I hold a kitchen spoon under the spout for the first few seconds, not ideal but whatever.
Does it come with two bean hoppers?
Yes it does
Very helpful!
Miss Good Morning Gail y'all! Please bring back! Thank you!
Hi Drew, we put pause on GMG to make time for other fun video ideas. Thanks for watching!
