Between CDK vs SAM, which would be a better approach to build Lambda? Or both can be used together?
I’m using SAM, CDK doesn’t seem right for me as i just deploy a Web app
But hosting it on serverless Lambda, wouldn't that mean limiting functions runtime to 15mins?
Not necessarily, you can have things in the background. For example the counter stays in memory longer than the runtime ... count.dabase.com/
Now tell me how much 20TB of upload from AWS costs compared to your home internet xD
That’s a lot of pr0n. Though I think AWS upload is largely free of cost. It’s getting it back out part that can be pricey. I use TrueNAS as my personal back up since my media files are large!
