Hearing music in your mind
Fascinating discussion. Having spent at least an hour a day for two years working on my rhythm and specifically maintaining the feeling of pulse, it was particularly reassuring to hear that this is not uncommon in older musicians. It has taken a hell of an effort, but at least I am here to say that it is achievable.
