Dearest Guests, our Park is not the same without you...
It is you who makes this place what it is.
Although we do not know the exact opening date yet, we are more than ready for it! 🖐
With highest hygiene standards and your safety in mind, our team is currently focusing on making EnergyLandia the place where you and your loved ones feel happy, healthy and comfortable! For many weeks, we’ve been working on procedures that will make it possible for you to have fun in a safe way, and which will facilitate the operations of our Park in the new reality.
Here are our 1️⃣5️⃣ ideas for happy and safe fun:
1️⃣. As the only ones so far-we are already testing disinfecting the Park with the use of state-of-the-art drones, which very thoroughly sanitize the surfaces you will use ✈.
2️⃣. We have installed 300 automatic disinfecting stations in the whole Park; they are strategically placed to make sure that they are always within your reach 🧼.
3️⃣. All of our staff already undergo special testing with a thermal imaging camera, which checks for any body temperature changes 🌡
4️⃣. Another camera like this has been installed at the entrance which will facilitate and expedite our Guest service, since we will be able to avoid having to individually take temperature of each Guest, while maintaining the same accuracy 🎥
5️⃣. At all points where you will encounter our staff, we’ve installed thousands of protective partitions out of plexi-glass 🎰
6️⃣. Our employees have been equipped with masks, face shields, gloves, and personal disinfection agents 🧴
7️⃣. In order to limit gathering, we’ve introduced a special app for meal ordering. You will be able to order food from your favourite EnergyLandia restaurant, to be ready at a specified time, while you wait for your next ride. This is a great solution as it will definitely help with traffic, and will give you the opportunity to have a nice, fresh meal, without missing any of the fun 🥣
8️⃣. Along with the new guidelines, our team got a brand-new addition: a special disinfection unit, or the white team. Our disinfection specialists will sanitize all items that are most often touched by the Guests: rails, chairs, handles, bars, on an ongoing basis... You will surely meet them several times during your visit 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♂️
9️⃣. We’ve had the ONLINE ticket purchasing option available for a good while now, but at this time, we will certainly encourage you more to take advantage of it 📧
1️⃣0️⃣. For those who decide to purchase their tickets in person we’ve put in special vending machines, which will definitely ease the traffic, and facilitate the service 🎫
1️⃣1️⃣. You will be able to buy the required masks in our shops 😷
1️⃣2️⃣. The masks will also be available in the specially designated mask vending machines !
1️⃣3️⃣. At every step of your visit in our Park, beginning at the entrance, ticket purchasing, through the food points, or shope, we will be encouraging your to go cash-free, it is possible everywhere 💳
1️⃣4️⃣. As part of our new procedures, our team has been assigned to several special zones. Every zone has its own colour. While we work, we don’t get in contact with anyone from a different zone, limiting our exposure to any potential health hazards 👦👧
1️⃣5️⃣. The recruitment process for jobs at EnergyLandia has been conducted online. Our HR department has no problems successfully building a great team though, despite the limitations arising from the restricted personal interactions. 💻
In addition to all the conveniences we have introduced to ensure your safety, please remember to maintain the safe 2 metre distance from other Guests, and to use face masks at all times. As you know, we have tested the use of our attractions in masks, and we can assure you that it is possible and does not take away from the fun. Please keep in mind that wearing scarves while riding is forbidden though. .
The new guidelines are the new challenge we want to face and overcome❗
