I don't know the collection of your shops, but these are normal kitchen spices.
Normally every supermarket, or a supermarket with a wider collection must have them. Or: are there shops around where you can buy spices for food?
And you even have the chance to buy them online. Big markets like amazon or other suppliers that sell spices.
I would be really interested whether you can buy them in
Namibia.
Cinnamon and clove are very common in your region (I think), because as I realize many people there use it. I already got lot's of confirmations.
And as you are new on my chnnel, please scroll a little through my archive (or playlists), you'll find lots of interesting ideas.

In this video I used a small brass tube where the clove fits in.

I also made a clove grill to burn several cloves at the same time (big fire!!🔥).
In another video I just used a simple clothes pin which also worked wonderful.
