Yep, it is Asakura Zeke in the American version,but his Japanese name is Hao. n__n

Actually, I got most of my clips from my own discs. If they're data discs, then you can usually save the episodes to your computer.
Another way is downloading entire episodes via Bitorrent, or something of that nature....

Itachi is my all time favorite phyco and caracter in general but you didn't really show him doing much in this though :(. Saito and hao are close seconds though : )
