My own Saturn is in the 2nd House, and so aspects the 11th House where my Rahu is sitting (or sat when I was born). Saturn's position is about 23 degrees above Rahu's. A conjunction is when 2 Planets share the same sign and House. Aspecting is the influence of a planet to another based on each planets position and degree in a certain set of houses. This will influence/effect the result of the House it is aspecting.
