Voltage difference jyada nahi hone se ic damage nahi hogi.
Aur agar high current wala load lagate toh tab, ic ke upar ya back side pe heatsink&thermal paste use karne

Boost converter module kharido or 3.7 volt 5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12 volt deta hain or 4.5 ghante lagatar use kar sakte ho lekin Jayda lod wali chiz ko istmaal na karna warna ic heat hogi 😊

You need battery management module Sir .. i hope you are using it. They are cheap. Which batery you are using. I hope Li Ion.

1 amp only costs 50 rs. You do not need this.. this is not sufficient. It can be used beetween BMS AND high voltage Supply like 12 volt to 5 volt which BMS uses..

Bro I've 12 volts Huawei WiFi router. I've to connect this router with my solar system battery. At day time battery gives 13.5 volts and at late night battery drops to 8 volts. Suggest me such a module which constantly outputs 12 volts while the input volts may vary from 8-14
