There's a bug with the Red Flags. Whenever it comes out, the final positions are reversed to the red flag restart positions. I'm hoping they gonna fix it with the day 1 patch, because it's very disappointing.
Alex Gillon said it is to do with the game calculating total racing time but includes pre Red flag time in it, which is wrong.
@@User57655 i didn't heard that before, thanks for the information. But yes, they have to solve it asap, it's really annoying. The only solution is to disable read flags until it's solved, wich is sad, because I really liked this mechanic.
When have they ever done necessary updates in the last game? They'll update it for F1 '24
I also encountered that when restarting, it will put out another red flag after a couple seconds after lights out for no reason at all.
I then flashback to see if it does the same and it pulls a safety car

that transition at 23:11 was so smooth
Honestly they need to fix the dive into turn ones on the start. The AI should be trying to block that especially if they are already 2 by 2. It is just unrealistic to me that I can dive from p20 to p10 in one turn. If Jarno got a better start I am pretty sure he would have been top 10 after that first turn.
Yeah everyone is saying that the AI is better cause they don't turn into you anymore but I think they are much worse than the last years. Those lap 1 dives feel like it's F1 2013 again
@@kosmodome47 The AI should be more aggressive overall, like F1 CE's AI. That game's AI was hyper-aggressive and didn't care where you were. Modern F1 games have AI that literally back out if you get near them

Thats what I thought was really funny about last years game. It finally felt like the AI wasn't letting you get away with BS moves, but all the people whinged and bitched about it to get 'fixed' and we ended up with pussy AI that back out and let you do whatever dirty moves you want on them. Very disappointing

@@HoutarouOrekiOsu This game is actually full of old bugs, ones from F1 22 especially, and some new ones(or bad design choices like Alex Gillon discussed) but the reviews on steam are positive in 89%
Honestly at this point you can only blame the community for buying this pile of steaming bugs
Execs do what they do best, maximize financial profit. It's not their fault that they CAN leave major bugs in game and the majority of the game's community will still buy it
Like I'm personally still livid that I got scammed, I paid the full price for F1 22 which has been released in a laughable technical state and still is like that to this day(even has major race-destroying bugs related to coop and/or SC)
I even thought that they should have given F1 23 for free to everyone who suffered through F1 22, to reinstate some trust in the brand and apologize. I still think that, but they can clearly get away with not doing that, actually increasing the price(in my region anyway) and releasing the game with their headline features not working
My point is, if I was one the execs and my sole purpose was to maximize the profit I would underfund and (as a result) underdevelop this game exactly like they did here. They are doing a great job

Fault types don’t blow up every time
I got that finishing position bug myself when I had just finished the Australian GP in my game and it set me back a position and changed the race winner. It’s already an annoying bug I hope they fix soon
If you set "fault frequency" to standard and "fault types" to high you basically get the Charles Leclerc experience

The Bahrain bug is still there then. Had something like that happen to me in the last game. Finished 4th and then was last for no reason.
